Configure your space on RLTY – Rlty

Each space has got different features. Discover below some customisable features available.

1. Access control

Add Admins and testers and manage who can attend your space

a. Admin accounts :

Admin accounts can access the space before its start (when you choose to schedule the opening of your space for example) and have additional rights inside the event (limited to 10 users). They will also be able to customise frames and images directly inside the space.

b. Tester accounts :

Tester accounts can access the space before its start (limited to 10 users) but will not have admin features and will not be able to customise frames and images inside the space.

c. Private event :

(Premium plan only) : Make your event private and manage access. If you want to make a public event, skip this section.

Wallet WhiteList : Wallets whitelisted will be granted access. Requires wallet connect. Add them manually or import a csv file.

Email whitelist : Emails whitelisted will be granted access. Requires email or google connect. Add them manually or import a csv file.

NFT whitelist : Holders of the NFTs whitelisted will be granted access. Requires wallet connect

Email domain whitelist : Emails having one of the domains whitelisted will be granted access. Requires email or google connect

2. Public information

When you access your space, you will have a loading page. You can customise it by adding :

Display image

Add a video

A description of your space

3. Space customisation

Add features to your space

Each buildings have got different features. In this section, you can choose to display or not some features, edit areas names, add livestream, edit some colours…

Regarding frames and images customisation, you have to do it directly inside the space. Remember to be admin and to log in to the event using the email address you provided in the admin list.

You will find below some example of what you can add inside your space :

a. Custom brandings

You can customise spaces with your logos, posters or other images you want. Drop or select file.

b. Click Box

In some space, you have some click box (will open a new tab when the user click on it). On the back office, you can personnalise the text that will be display on the click box and the url.

c. Room names / Labels

Some space have got some rooms, depending on the space chose, you can edit the room name that will be display in the space and sometimes the room colour.

In other spaces, you can personnalise areas names such as Auditorium name, building name, typeform name…. Add the text you want to display directly in the backoffice.

d. Live Stream

Add some livestream or videos inside your event. 2 options :

e. Stands / Booth

What is a booth ? A booth is a virtual stand

Some space have got customisable booth. Activate the toggle and choose your stands colour.

Inside the space (when you are admin), you will be able to personnalise them by adding images or HLS video link.

Donation Box

Add a donation box in your event.

Provide the recipient wallet address for donation

Information Box

Information box are clickable kiosk. You can add typeform or a website url. Regarding website urls, the page must accept to be display as an iframe otherwise you will have a message error when you will click on the kiosk.

NFT Minting Box

Mint NFT directly inside your space

Add NFT contract

Add active chain name

Add smartcontract adress & Token id

Add NFT image (optional)
